The boys cross country team competed at the Regional meet in Tiffin. The team finished 15th overall. Leading the team was Treyvon Hastings who finished 8th overall with a 16:33, advancing him to the state meet. Nick Breininger battled to a 58th placement with a 17:29.  Ethan Underwood finished 89th with a 17:46. Alex Nichols ran an 18:35. Kaleb Ankney ran an 18:54. Austin Allen ran a career best 18:56 when picking up alternate duties. Garrett Bennett rounded out the boys with a 19:11.

As mentioned before, Treyvon’s 8th place finish advances him to the state meet as an individual. Treyvon will compete on Saturday, November 2nd in Hebron, Ohio. Treyvon’s race will commence at 1:30pm.

For the following boys this concludes their cross country careers. Nick’s career best came last weekend with a 17:15.   Alex’s career best came last weekend with an 18:32. Kaleb Ankney’s career best was an 18:15. Garrett Bennett’s career best was an 18:39. Austin Allen’s career best came this weekend with an 18:56.

Next our underclassmen who seasons are completed. Ethan’s season best was a 17:34. Reed Singer ran an 18:15. Jaidon Price in his inaugural season ran a 21:42. Oliver Romero finished the season with a 30:16.
